Sprue Seperators are used for seperation to product and sprue which come out from the injection machine.
The cylindrical sprue seperators make seperations process after the conveyor, the palette type sprue seperators make it on the conveyor.
All roller produced from PVC or stainless steel tube.
Powered by 24 volts reducer DC motor / “SEW-EURODRIVE” brand reducer AC motor
Speed control is optional.
Roller :In accordance with the size and weight of the product to be separated, the roll diameter and frequency may vary. The materials used for separation include Plastic, Rubber, Polyethylene, Polyurethane, Stainless Steel (430, 304, 316), and Steel (DKP-ST37).
Frame : Stainless (430, 304, 316), Sac (DKP-ST37).
Engine: “SEW-EURODRIVE” branded geared motors are used as the standard. Special geared motors can be preferred according to the requirements.
